  • Excessive heels are not to be worn
  • Coats will be stored on hooks, not worn during the school day
Homework Information
Every school day can now be extended into the evening with the assistance of a computer or a device that connects to the internet.  See your child thrive by connecting learning to home. Ask your child what their username and password are to monitor their learning.
Students in kindergarten - sixth grade have homework choices they can do every night. Homework has the purpose of helping students practice concepts that are learned during classroom lessons.

What do I do when my child is absent from school?
If your child is absent from school, please send a parent signed note with them on their return to school explaining the absence, or email your child's teacher to notify them.
School Meals
All Columbus City Schools will be providing free breakfast and lunch for students.
