Hubbard Mastery School
Academic Brief

The program at Hubbard Mastery School is designed to help children master concepts before moving on to new concepts in order to build a strong foundation for learning. This focuses on studies of culture, critical thinking skills, mastery learning and problem based learning which will prepare our students for the 21 Century.

Global competency is a goal for all of our students. Each grade level has selected a project that will help to embed the global competencies into the learning of all Hubbard students. As a school, we use the 4 pillars of the Asia Society to help us strengthen our global awareness.
To become globally competent at Hubbard we:
               Investigate the World
               Recognize Perspectives
               Communicate Ideas
               Take Action

Students at Hubbard have the opportunity to learn with a blended learning model so students use technology daily. This blended learning model helps students stay engaged so the teacher can pull small groups of students to work with them at their level. This blended learning model helps to meet every child at their level and allows them time to understand concepts at their own pace. This is how we help every child to achieve mastery.

Every school day can now be extended into the evening with the assistance of a computer or a device that connects to the internet.  See your child thrive by connecting learning to home. Ask your child what their username and password are to monitor their learning.
